Icy Path
I took this photo off of elm Street in Somerset. I was a good distance away from the start of the wooden path. I created foreground, middleground, and background in this shot. I tried to get more height on this photo by holding the camera above my head. This photograph is horizontal so i could get more of the landscape in it. I used the rue of thirds and up the wooden path in the bottom middle third. The trees have lines and frame the end of the path. The dried out grass on the sides provide texture. The path creates a sense of depth and leads your eye to the frozen body of water. This photo makes this place seem mysterious.
